I’m always treated amazingly and never feel embarrassed to explain what issues i’m going through. They always make me feel extremely comfortable and know what’s best for me to do. The staff are always so kind and i know i can trust them as it’s confidential unless it’s serious.

I personally think there is no room for improvement as they’re already amazing and so kind!

The staff made me feel really comfortable and the nurse (I think her name was Karen) was really friendly and welcoming. Despite never attending the Brook before she made me feel at ease and talked me through the process of procedure - which I really appreciated.

Overall brilliant service. Very caring and compassionate. Clean and welcoming environment. I was anxious at the beginning but they made me feel welcome and calm. Great advise and after care!

Very pleased with my visit. I had a lovely nurse called Karen who made me feel very comfortable throughout my appointment. I was very nervous at first but Karen was kind and friendly and we had a lovely chat whilst getting my treatment done. Thank you.
